Return and Refund Eligibility:
Returns are accepted for the following reasons:

Issues caused by Equestrian Store Germany (such as manufacturing defects, incorrect products, or shipping errors).

Wrong size or color: If you ordered the wrong size or color by mistake, we offer a replacement. For these cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
For any other issues or personal preferences, customers are also responsible for the return shipping charges.
How to Initiate a Return:
Contact Us: Before returning any items, please contact our return team at equestrianstoregermany@gmail.com to initiate the return process.
Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the product.
Package the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories.
Include RA Number: Clearly write the provided RA number on the outside of the package.
Refund and Replacement Process:

For refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.

For replacements (e.g., wrong size/color): As soon as we receive the returned product in good condition, we will dispatch the correct item to you free of charge. You will receive a new tracking number via email.

Damaged or Defective Items:

Customer-Initiated Returns:
For returns not related to our errors (including wrong size/color selections), the customer must cover the return shipping cost.
